Sorry for the lack of posts lately--school has made it super hard to juggle everything.  Now that school has officially started for just about everyone, we are going to go on a new Fall schedule where you can expect posts once every Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.  We thank you guys so much for understanding and hope you guys are excited for some great posts we have planned!

Deal Alert! ~ MEGA SALE Goodbye Tokidoki!

So sorry for the lack of posts!  Getting back to school has made things super busy, but today I have an exciting find to share with you girls!  If you are a Sephora junkie like me, you probably know of the popular Tokidoki brand that features great makeup in super eclectic packaging.  Sadly, it is time to say goodbye to this line because it's promotion is over, but on the bright side all of this makeup is on sale!  Sale princes range from 45-65% off which is an AMAZING deal for products that weren't dramatically pricey to begin with.

Some of my favorite products from this line that you guys might want to check out are the glitter nail polishes, tinted lip balms, eye shadow palettes (The ones with four shadows and a blush are only $3!), luminosa powder, and kabuki brush.  They are all great finds and a total steal at their new prices!  It's definitely somthing to check out if yo have a Sephora nearby.

Savy Style Tips ~ Evening Dresses

Some people might be  into the neons and bright colors, but when you're feeling a little bit risque and daring, pop on a sexy black dress or a cobalt blue ensemble! It's sure to win some attention.

Here's your example of a classic night-out dress. The cut is girly, but the design gives it versatility so it can be worn out to lunch or in the evenings. It has a thick empire waist and a deep V-neck. While hitting about 2 inches above the knee. It flows beautifully and flatters everyone! You can wear this with a leather jacket, studs and combat boots, or dress it up with a blazer, pearls and nude pumps!

Trend to Try~ Cute Skirts!

Hey girlies! 

With those beach concerts and summer parties to celebrate the end of summer, you're probably looking for some cute, girly skirts to snaz up your outfits!

The majority of my wardrobe consists of basic tops and bright statement bottoms! I know, it's the opposite of people. I have a broad torso and carry most of my weight in my mid-section so it's much easier to tone it down by keeping the tops simple and adding versatility to my bottoms.

This first skirt is your classic floral print. It's girly and flowy and will never go out of style. I know the floral isn't this season's biggest hit, but it can still be incorporated into many trends! Each rosette has a few sequins sewn on that reflect the sun when walking. It's made surprisingly well and none have fallen off in the year I've owned this skirt. The skirt is short, but it's not revealing and makes your legs look a million miles long! I would pair this with a peach top and a flowy scarf or a coral top. I purchased this on sale for $4.99 at Forever 21 last year and definitely don't regret it! Who would?!

DIY~ Duct Tape Bow

Hey girlies! Now that summer vacation is winding down to and end, we need to start getting back into the swing of things. School is around the corner and that means late nights studying, early mornings, and bad hair days. An easy, quick choice is to pin back bangs with a bobby pins, but using a bow adds some quirkiness and preppiness!

Bows can be great to accessorize an outfit or add some color, and wearing a duct tape bow will make an outfit pop! But you won't even realize it's duct tape from far away! It costs a few cents to make and it's a great project to do with friends on a lazy day!

Deal Alert!~ Urban Decay at Nordstrom Rack

Hey everyone!

Today I found an AMAZING deal at Nordstrom Rack!  in the makeup section right by the cashiers I found a whole stash or Urban Decay primer potion for only $8.97!  It's originally $20 at Sephora so this is SUCH an amazing find!  It's a cult faavorite and my absolute favorite primer for long lasting eyeshadow.  I found the original which is my personal favorite and also some of the special gold shimmer primer for a brighter look.

I would go as soon as possible so you can stock up before someone else does!  To make sure they have it I'd call ahead before you make the trip.

DIY ~ Sea Salt Spray

Happy friday girls!

Today I have a fun DIY for you guys to try out.  I absolutely LOVE beachy waves for a casual, care-free look in the summer.  I don't like to use heat too often on my hair so this spray is perfect for me because it locks in the texture without any hot tools needed.
